Patient Portal 

To provide a HIPPA compliant experience, we request that you register your account for your patient portal. In your portal, you will have access to a digital version of any prescriptions, invoices, or records uploaded within our office. Additionally, you will be able to contact us via web message from your phone, laptop, or desktop. 

Setting up your account

1. Go to Skippack EyeCare Patient Portal

2. Click "register new account"

3. Enter the email you have on file with us

4. Check your inbox from a do_not_respond domain and click "set password"

5. Log in with your username and new password (everything is case sensitive)

Notes about the portal

The default user name is Lastname_Firstname (full name)

Once logged into the portal, you will see a sidebar with different tabs:

​

  • Messages: please communicate any appointment needs, questions, or concerns, through the web messaging site 

  • Records: can view any records or files uploaded from our office or on your end

  • Forms: new patients, please complete prior to appointment

    • Please Click "submit data tab" and button to be sure your form is successfully submitted ​​​

If you are having trouble accessing your portal account, please contact us to make sure we have the most updated email and we will resolve any issues.
